Quarry Automation
● System
We are developing fully automated robotic systems that cut stone bricks and blocks directly out of the ground, delivering high-precision, in-situ conversion of quarry surfaces into immediately shippable units. Alongside this, we are developing the digital twin software required for quarry automation, building an integrated quarry automation platform.
System Deliverables
24 Hr Automation
Our system works directly at the quarry surface and automates the entire extraction process, from cutting and separation through to handling, grading and palletisation.

Work with
Irkalla
We are currently working with a small number of operators to identify suitable early-stage sites, and those interested in helping us to fully develop the system.
Ideal sites have consistent geology, accessible working areas and operators interested in increasing yield, automation and long-term production efficiency. See irkalla.co/quarrysites

● Careers
Build Real
Machines
We are looking for highly autonomous, talented and driven people. We are building real-world systems, from robotics, mechanical hardware, and digital control infrastructure. Your work moves directly into physical production environments.
We are especially interested in people who want autonomy over your own work, building real hardware, motion systems, industrial software and machine development from an early stage.
